Where is our data held, and who can see it?+

All data is hosted in the UK. Every council or agency is a fully isolated tenant — separation is enforced at the database level, not just in the application. Access is role-based: carers see only their placements, social workers see their caseload, and managers see their service.

Does this replace Mosaic, Liquidlogic or ECLIPSE?+

No — and deliberately so. FosterWith runs alongside your case management system, reading placement data so nothing is keyed twice. It replaces the spreadsheets, emails and phone calls that grew up around fostering, not your system of record.

How does the AI handle sensitive case information?+

AI assistance drafts; humans decide. Suggested case summaries are always reviewed and edited by the social worker before anything is saved, every action is attributed and logged, and no case data is used to train models.

What does onboarding ask of our IT team?+

Very little. Social workers sign in through your existing identity provider, carers use magic links with no software to install, and the Mosaic connection is read-only at the start. Most services are live within days — two weeks at the outside.

We're an IFA, not a council — does this work for us?+

Yes. Independent fostering agencies get the same carer, supervising social worker and manager views, plus a portal for submitting placements to commissioning authorities.

How is it priced?+
